Confidence and charisma are key components of successful presentations, but what are they and how can you develop them? Well I think confidence comes from knowing you have a set of abilities and skills which you know works. Charisma comes from being able to enjoy your work (which you can generally only do after developing your confidence).

This is why my training is always from a strength-based position as that is the best way for you to discover what works about you, leading to greater confidence and more opportunities to develop your charisma.
